Natalia Vincic has joined us as Technical Sales Manager in Sweden, stepping into team Nordic led by Sune Buus Nielsen.

Natalia will be working along side Fredrik Widén who with his enourmous experience and know-how will bring Natalia up to speed on industrial cleaning.

The strong industry experience that Natalia brings to the team we are confident will add real value for both new and existing customers.

This hire also marks an important step. We are committed to having a more balanced organisation and, while we always choose the strongest candidate, it is positive to see more diversity in the technical field.

Benjamin Wachtarz, our Regional Director for AMEA, will step into the role as Chief Sales Officer. He takes over from Henrik Lebeck, who has successfully led the global sales organisation for 15 years.

Henrik will move into a new strategic role where he will guide future acquisitions and help new companies settle into our Pure Performance way of working. With his experience, commercial mindset, and ability to build strong customer value, he is the right person to make sure every new company lands safely and starts creating value quickly.

Ten years ago, Ben joined us as one of our Area Sales Managers in Germany. Since then, he has taken on the role as Country Manager for Germany, Regional Director for AMEA. Now CSO. A natural step in a career built on performance, curiosity and a very clear eye on customer value.

We congratulate both Henrik and Ben on their new roles. CEO Jacob Funk comments: “This organisational move strengthens our commercial setup. Henrik enables our long-term growth. Ben enables our commercial impact today. Together they support the next chapter for our company.”

Each year in the early summer we have our company week. Where one of the days is deciated entirely to us – all of us as one team.

In the past, it was a weekend for all employees and their spouses. The DST Family has grown significantly since then. And in 2025 we also bid our new colleagues from Eco-Point welcome for the first time.

Did you know that it is always a secret what we are going to do during the day?
And 28 May 2025 was no exception. The day started with a tour of Lillebælt (the Small Belt of water between Jutland and Funen) both on a cosy tour boat and on a RIB boat going about 50 knots (approx. 90 km hour). The day continued with fun teambuilding exercises and lunch continuing on to great evening – an evening that also included the annual DST Prizes. 

All in all, it was a day full of fun, good talks among colleagues, challenges, food, and loads of laughter. This day was definately one to remember.

You may remember Frederik Grønholdt Schytte joining us as a student worker back in April 2024. Since then, he’s been busy finishing his degree in Business Economics 𝘢𝘯𝘥 proving himself as a valuable part of the team.

Now we’re so happy to share that Frederik is staying with us full-time as Data Analyst – ready to deliver Pure Performance five days a week 💪

Plus, let’s be honest – lowering the average age at HQ is also welcome 👏

We’re happy to welcome Alex to the DST-family as he takes on the role of Technical Advisor and joins our great team Germany.

Alex brings strong experience in industrial parts-cleaning services and system operations, and we are confident he will be a great asset to our German customers – continuing the high level of service that always comes with a barrel of our cleaners.

In the beginning of August, Alex was visiting us at HQ here in Kolding for onboarding – diving into product and system training, and of course getting to know his Danish colleagues.

Outside of work, he is a keen kite surfer – always ready to expore the beaches of Denmark (and elsewhere) in search of the perfect wind and waves.

We are pleased to welcome Lars to our headquarters in Kolding, where he has taken on the vacant position in our Logistics team.

Lars brings with him a solid background in warehouse and logistics operations, along with a fresh perspective and hands-on expertise that will strengthen our setup.
