We’re growing – again! Our Indian branch is getting a serious upgrade with a brand-new facility in Bangalore.

Since 2011, we’ve supported customers across India in optimising their industrial cleaning processes. With increasing demand, this new facility marks an exciting step forward.

To celebrate the opening, we held a traditional Hindu blessing ceremony led by a local pandit, a respectful way to mark a new beginning.

The new site will include production, administration, technical analysis, and our sales office, while our dedicated teams continue to serve customers nationwide.

We look forward to this next chapter of our journey and hope you will follow along as we continue our commitment to delivering reliable solutions and support.

– Adding Eco-Point to the group will strengthen us on more parameters

DST-CHEMICALS A/S, which produces innovative and environmentally friendly products for the metalworking industry, has acquired 100% of Eco-Point Group on 21 May 2024. The Dutch company has been developing, producing and distributing environmentally friendly cleaning products for industrial customers since 1991.

“This acquisition is a milestone for DST-CHEMICALS and a proof of our commitment to providing environmentally friendly solutions to the industry” says Jacob Funk, CEO of DST-CHEMICALS A/S: “It is a great pleasure to welcome Eco-Point and the talented employees into the DST family. This is a big and important step for DST-CHEMICALS in our efforts to maintain and strengthen our position as a leading player in environmentally friendly products for industrial cleaning and surface treatment.”

Eco-Point’s entry into the DST-CHEMICALS Group brings additional expertise in product development and innovative processes. The two companies have clear commonalities when it comes to attitudes towards the development of sustainable industrial chemistry and a corporate culture that prioritises the working environment and close customer relationships.

The acquisition will also significantly strengthen DST-CHEMICALS’ activities in the Netherlands and Belgium, and DST-CHEMICALS will strengthen Eco-Point’s growth ambitions in selected export markets.
Both Eco-Point and DST-CHEMICALS will continue their daily operations as before. Eco-Point will be marketed as Eco-Point – part of DST-CHEMICALS. Cooperation and synergies between the two companies will be optimised where it makes sense. Current cooperation with customers, suppliers and other business partners will continue unchanged.
