We share personal data with: IT service providers and hosting companies acting as data processors, Google Ireland Limited acting as data processor for Google Analytics GA4, business partners involved in administering your purchases, and public authorities where required by law. Website analytics.
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics GA4. Google Ireland Limited acts as data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. GA4 anonymises IP addresses by default. We collect data about browsing behaviour to calculate metrics such as page views, sessions and bounce rate to understand how our website is used. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings on our website. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. International data transfers.

Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16), have your data deleted in certain circumstances (Art. 17), restrict processing in certain circumstances (Art. 18), receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), and object unconditionally to processing for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21(2)).
