I also oversee legislation and compliance, and as Head of R&D, I make sure we always have the right solutions on the shelf.\r\n\r\nWith a background as a cand.scient. in analytical chemistry and more than 10 years of hands-on experience producing cleaning agents, I bring a deep understanding of both chemistry and the practical challenges our customers face. I\u2019ve worked with metal surfaces for many years and know how important it is to combine cleaning performance with chemical care \u2013 especially when dealing with low pH and the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.\r\n\r\nThat\u2019s why I take pride in what we do at DST. We develop products that clean effectively at lower temperatures, extend bath life, reduce water waste, and help cut energy consumption. These are not just cleaning solutions \u2013 they\u2019re products designed with lower environmental impact and cost-efficiency in mind. As ESG requirements continue to grow, we\u2019re ready \u2013 but we also know that it\u2019s a constant balance between performance, price, and environmental responsibility.\r\n\r\nWhat keeps me motivated is that I have a job where I feel I truly contribute \u2013 to the growth of our company and to the industry at large. I know our products work because I\u2019ve been part of developing and testing them, and I take pride in the quality we deliver every day.\r\n\r\nMy goal? To keep pushing forward. To help our customers solve challenges in smarter and more responsible ways.
